I'm new at this, is BDSM and Med-Fet safe?

Yes, with the right BDSM practitioner, you should be perfectly safe. With Nurse Gypsy & Associates, your physical, emotional and mental well-being are of the utmost importance, as should be to any professional (and lifestyle) dominant.

I'm nervous.  Should I have a safe word?

The clinic does advocate the use of safe words in sessions so that new patients know that they may stop the procedures at any time they wish.  This is why it is CRUCIAL to fill out Our MANDATORY patient intake form and answer the questions honestly.  It is never a reflection of the patient's ability to receive treatment, nor a criticism of the medical staff when a safe word is used.  BDSM medical play is a two-way experience and for this reason the scene needs to feel comfortable for both parties to enjoy the session. As an experienced practitioner, i am an excellent reader of body language to know what's working and what's not. 

How will my care plan be decided?

Your care plan is decided based on your intake form results which ask you numerous questions including your desires, fantasies, hard and soft limits and the nursing approach and bedside manner you prefer.  Your medical history and any medications you're taking are also considered when deciding on your treatment plan.  Some patients prefer gentle nurses and other patients prefer strict nurses, while others may prefer a bit of both.  Each care plan is unique and suited to the needs of Our patients. 

What can I expect prior to my appointment?  Do you have instructions?

Yes, you are always provided pre-procedure instructions 24 to 48 hours prior to your treatment specifying what your diet and hygiene  regimen should entail, as well as other detailed instructions pertinent to your care plan.  This will be provided to you after you've completed screening, chosen an appointment date/time, and paid your deposit.

Are your facilities air conditioned with a shower?  Are they in a safe area?

Yes.  Both locations are upscale and posh locales in the best gated neighborhoods, in secured buildings with luxury spa and shower amenities and complimentary bottled water.  No seedy neighborhoods, and no dingy warehouses or opium den atmospheres here!  Everything is sparkling clean and kept to above hospital standards in terms of antiseptic cleansing of all surfaces and instrumentation, including autoclave with indicators.

What can I expect when I arrive?

GENERALLY:  You can expect Nurse Gypsy to greet you with a smile and if you've chosen an apprentice or assistant, a proper introduction, then you will be asked to confirm you have no allergies, when your last meal was, and what procedure you are at Our clinic for.  Then you will be given your proper attire, such as a hospital gown and socks, and led to the exam area to have your vitals assessed and asked a series of medical history questions to compare to your patient file.  You'll be weighed in, examined, have your initial vitals recorded and given a mild sedative if you like (should you be nervous), and then you'll be asked if you have any questions before We begin your treatment.  Once this is taken care of, your procedure will commence, and should take between 90 minutes and four hours, depending on your choice of treatment.

What will I be dressed in?

You will have the option of being either nude, or wearing a traditional open-back hospital gown, or one of Our rubber or leather body bags.  This will depend on your preferred level of comfort (or discomfort, hehe).

What will my nurses be dressed in?

Here at Nurse Gypsy & Associates, We want for you what makes your experience the most authentic and/or enjoyable.  Depending on which nurse(s) you choose for your treatment, you will have the options ranging from traditional scrubs with sneakers, surgical gowns with bouffant caps and booties, lab coat with stethoscope and clipboard, retro nurse outfits, head-to-toe latex nurse outfits, or sexy nurse costumes with nylons and heels.  Nurse Gypsy reserves the right to wear what makes HER feel most comfortable.

Either way, you can look but you can NOT touch!  There will be NO NUDITY on your nurses' end.

Will there be any sexual contact or nudity in my treatment?

NO.  However, for medical purposes it may be necessary for your nurse to manipulate and examine your genitalia and acquire access to the urethra, bladder, prostate and anus for sample collections.   Please keep in mind this is NOT sexual in nature; it is CLINICAL.  Whatever manipulation techniques may be used, we at the Nurse Gypsy & Associates always remain fully clothed and wear rubber-gloves for the entire duration of the procedure.

There will be NO funny business here!

What will my treatment be like?

All treatments are different for each patient.  Some patients prefer a very gentle and pain-free procedure, and others prefer a lot of restraints, strict bedside manner and even some pain.  Our treatments are always therapeutic and tailored to Our patients' needs.  You are in EXCELLENT hands. :)

How long will my treatment take?

Because of the complex nature of the preparation, equipment and med-fet role play scene itself, all medical sessions require a minimum of 90 minutes to thoroughly assess, examine, diagnose and treat you.  All Gas sessions require at least TWO nurses and TWO hours.

I am not the most obedient patient.  Will you be able to restrain me?

Difficult patients in need of extra "coaxing" via heavy duty restraints will be delighted to find that Our clinic utilizes considerable variations of authentic hospital and prison restraints, lockable cuffs, body wraps, body bags, sleep sacks, strait-jackets, body binders, neck braces, handcuffs, ankle shackles and other restrictive devices to secure limbs, digits, torso, hips, and industrial grade restraints to immobilize the patient’s head and shoulders.
